Only your order data: billing, shipping, and order contents is stored on our server. This information is encrypted before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail, but we reserve the right to use whichever shipping company makes sense for your order.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your products’ volume (the amount of space your products take up in the shipping box) and the handling required to package it. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on products. However, sometimes things do go wrong. The coffee doesn’t taste the way you expected. The box was damaged on its way to you. Whatever it is let us know so we can make it right. You paid for something special, if it does not meet your expectations we want to know.


Green Coffee

If you order contains green coffee, you have to roast it yourself before you can brew it. Sometimes green coffee has strange things in it. Stones, popcorn kernals, shoelaces, etc. Often it is easier to find them AFTER you’ve roasted it. It doesn’t happen often, but it DOES happen, and you’ll mess up your burr grinder if you toss a stone in there, so give your beans a quick look before and after you have roasted them.
